What makes you a good fit
- Bachelors degree in IT
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in end-user technical support within a midsize or large organization.
- Proficient in supporting laptops, desktops, LAN/WAN, WLAN, servers, printers, scan guns, and other IT hardware/software.
- Working knowledge of Local and Wide Area Network services.
- Experience overseeing equipment lifecycle, including asset disposal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and resources across various locations, including remote sites.
- Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and coordinating with support functions.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Standard support hours are Monday through Friday during regular business hours (8x5).
- Flexibility to provide support outside of standard hours for emergencies, travel, or project needs.
- Ability to travel as required to support regional sites (25 - 30% minimum but could be more during major projects).

The salary for this role is $98,000.00- $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
