About this Position
Lead the development and execution of ACM country marketing plans in close partnership with the country sales team. Collaborate closely with the country sales team to drive sustainable business growth through strategic marketing implementation and impactful customer engagement.
What you´ll do
- Define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in Thailand in alignment with the Regional Marketing Head and Country Business Head.
- Leverage deep understanding of Thailand’s industrial landscape to position and promote Henkel’s adhesive solutions effectively to target industries.
- Drive core marketing functions including brand development, market and customer activation, digital engagement, and market intelligence to support business growth and sales/channel excellence.
- Plan and execute integrated brand communication strategies that generate leads through both online and offline platforms.
- Manage end-to-end implementation of regional and local marketing initiatives, including content localization, asset development, project scheduling, and budget control and balance delivery of top-down campaigns with bottom-up local activations.
- Collaborate with the regional team and external agencies to implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, eCommerce, and marketing automation tools targeting relevant industry audiences.
- Partner with the country sales team to support selected initiatives such as tech days, seminars, and exhibitions to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand communication, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with social media and eCommerce.
- Familiarity with the Thai industrial landscape and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Thai.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and regionally.
