About this Position

Trade Goods Network Supply Planner is responsible for managing supply planning and sourcing operations to ensure timely product availability in Korea and Japan. The ideal candidate will contribute to inventory optimization, claim management, and end-to-end supply chain efficiency to support business continuity and service excellence. 

What you´ll do

  • Manage the end-to-end supply planning process for imported goods from Europe / North America to ensure timely availability in Korea and Japan
  • Lead sourcing and procurement operations by coordinating with inter-company suppliers and third-party vendors
  • Monitor and optimize inventory performance, focusing on NES ratio and inventory days to reduce holding costs, as well as proactively manage slow-moving and aging inventory to minimize obsolescence and write-offs
  • Handle claim management related to trading operations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and QA teams to ensure supply-demand alignment and resolve operational issues
  • Work closely with 3rd Party Vendor and logistics partners to improve warehouse utilization and transportation efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying supply chain gaps and contributing to process enhancement initiatives

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree and a related field experience are required
  • 1- 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain is required
  • Proficiency and experience in SAP is required
  • Native in Korean and fluent in English are required
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
