What you'll do

  • Skills-Based development program: Assist in developing and maintaining the SBD toolkit (collect, organize, and format existing best practices into accessible formats). Support the design and update of training content aligned to priority skills. Coordinate feedback collection from pilot groups and CoEs to refine the SBD approach. 
  • BTO Support, Develop, Lead and Attract: Assist in developing leadership and skills programs, including research, benchmarking, and resource preparation. Help coordinate learning & training events including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication. Contribute to knowledge management by organizing resources in shared channels and ensuring easy access for teams.
  • AI Upskilling Curriculum – Management Trainee Program (CHAiNGERs): Support the planning and delivery of the 3rd edition of the AI training curriculum. Coordinate session scheduling, participant communication, and logistics with external experts and internal facilitators. Help create or refine training materials, practice exercises, and reference guides. Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve future sessions.
  • Data & Insights Support: Data analysis from surveys, focus groups, and skills mapping exercises to extract actionable insights. Assist in preparing dashboards (in Power BI), summaries, and visual reports for leadership. 

What makes you a good fit

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI and comfortable learning collaboration tools (MS Teams, Miro, SharePoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Interest in learning and contributing to cultural transformation and skills development projects
  • Available for a full-time 6 months internship starting from November 15th 2025
