About this position
Suas Responsabilidades
- Executar as rotinas fiscais, realizando o fechamento e apuração dos impostos indiretos ICMS, ICMS ST, IPI, DIFAL, FECP e eventualmente outros impostos.
- Preparação e emissão das guias para pagamento de todos os impostos acima.
- Conhecimento, preparação e entrega das obrigações acessórias, ex.: GIA, GIA-ST e SPED Fiscal.
- Conciliação fiscal e contábil, preenchimento de formulários contábeis.
- Monitoramento de controles internos relacionados à área de impostos para padronização de processos, visando garantir a guarda eletrônica em tempo real de todos os papéis de trabalho;
- Estudo e análise de legislação relacionada, esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre escrituração fiscal e tributação aplicável nas notas fiscais recebidas;
- Suporte às demais atividades e projetos do departamento de Tax.
- Preenchimento do Ressarcimento de IPI através do programa PERDCOMP.
- Suporte a equipe, com análises e correções das notas fiscais que precisam ser integrados para a solução fiscal.

- Experiência anterior em impostos indiretos com capacidade analítica para questionar rotinas atuais e propor melhorias e novas soluções.
- Inglês: que possa escrever e-mails, bom entendimento nas reuniões que temos de equipe.
- Espanhol é um diferencial
- Conhecimento na solução do Comply (Sonda) será considerado um plus
- SAP será um diferencial
- Usuário avançado em Microsoft Office – Power Point, Excel e Word.
- Conhecimento em Power BI ou outra ferramenta de análise de dados será considerado um bom diferencial.
