About this position
Lo que harás
- Recuperar el valor de las ventas a crédito dentro del periodo autorizado por la empresa de los clientes bajo su responsabilidad.
- Alcanzar o superar el objetivo de vencimientos.
- Evitar o minimizar la deuda incobrable.
Atender llamadas telefónicas entrantes de clientes y representantes de ventas, proporcionando información sobre la cuenta (saldo vencido, partidas abiertas, pagos recibidos, etc.). - Dar seguimiento a los planes de pago acordados con los clientes.
- Comunicarse con la organización financiera local en caso de clientes potencialmente insolventes y sugerir su inclusión en burós de crédito y/o agencias externas de cobranza.
- Conciliar partidas abiertas en las cuentas de clientes para mantener la cuenta “ordenada” (notas de crédito con débitos, cargos del cliente u otras partidas abiertas).
- Proporcionar sugerencias para la mejora continua en las actividades.
- Realizar análisis y preparar reportes para las unidades de negocio, organizaciones locales o clientes
