This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you’ll do
- Gain hands-on experience by supporting product development and process improvement initiatives within the Adhesive Technologies business unit.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new manufacturing or formulation processes for consumer goods in the Adhesive Technologies business unit.
- Guide and coordinate both contractors and internal team members during project execution.
- Contribute to the evaluation and approval of design changes for active development projects.
What makes you a good fit
- A rising sophomore, junior or senior graduating in 2027, 2028 or 2029 pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PLC programming for automation and process control tasks.
- Experience with AutoCAD for technical drawings and design modifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

- This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.
- Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
