¿Qué Harás?
- Ejecutar proyectos de capital desde su inicio (planeación), hasta la puesta en marcha (ejecución).
- Desarrollar programas detallados y controlar el cronograma: alcance, objetivos, recursos y entregables.
- Controlar el presupuesto de los proyectos, monitorear gastos y asegurar una asignación eficiente de recursos.
- Comunicar avances, hitos y riesgos al equipo de liderazgo de la compañía de forma clara y efectiva.
- Planificar e implementar medidas de mantenimiento y optimización.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios del negocio, planta y contratistas.
¿Qué te hace un buen candidato/a?
- Certificación como Project Management Professional Deseable
- Ingeniería Química, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Industrial o afín.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado (uso frecuente en reportes y conversaciones internacionales).
- Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en ingeniería de proyectos, preferentemente en industrias químicas.
- Manejo de Herramientas: SAP, MS Project (o similar), Microsoft Office.
