About this Position
Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Procesos, preferentemente con formación en Ingeniería Química, para integrarse al equipo de producción y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua, asegurando la calidad del producto, la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y medio ambiente.
What you´ll do
- Monitorear y analizar variables de proceso como viscosidad, pH, temperatura, y niveles de tanques para garantizar la calidad del producto final.
- Realizar investigaciones de desviaciones de proceso mediante análisis para identificar causas raíz (Root Cause Analysis).
- Identificar e implementar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos productivos, optimizando tiempos, recursos y condiciones operativas.
- Actualizar y mantener hojas de proceso y operación en SAP conforme a los cambios implementados.
- Participar en el análisis y control de riesgos de procesos productivos bajo criterios de seguridad de procesos (Process Safety Management).
- Evaluar e identificar riesgos ambientales asociados a los procesos, promoviendo prácticas sostenibles y de cumplimiento normativo.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de producción, calidad, mantenimiento y seguridad para asegurar una operación integrada y segura.
- Conocimiento en Sistemas de calidad, Conocimiento de productos químicos, Conocimiento de procesos productivos, Control estadístico de procesos (SPC) Conocimientos de SAP (Intermedio) Conocimientos de Lean Manufacturing, Normas ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 e ISO 45001 Core Tools: MSA, AMEF, PLAN DE CONTROL, APQP, PPAP.
