This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you’ll do
- Gain hands-on experience in World Class Manufacturing while contributing to real safety and environmental improvements in an industrial setting
- Support annual LOTOTO audits and collaborate with operators and mechanics to refresh over 250 isolation documents
- Assist the SHE Manager in developing and updating Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for both new and existing equipment
- Collect and analyze sustainability data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify and support improvement projects
- Review and update PPE matrices in collaboration with teams to ensure alignment with current safety standards
- Contribute to daily SHE communications, participate in the site’s SHE Committee, and support seasonal safety campaigns like “100 Days of Summer”
What makes you a good fit
- A rising sophomore, junior, senior graduating in 2027, 2028, 2029, master, graduate or MBA student pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical or scientific fields
- Prior internships or prior work experience a plus

- This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.
- Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
