What you´ll do
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to write comprehensive briefs, track brief progress and related information in Henkel platforms.
- Scheduling and organization of fragrance submission meetings.
- Manage fragrance regulatory paperwork.
- Manage HCB fragrance portfolio, provide and translate fragrance-related data to identify needs/opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
- Coordinate and manage special fragrance projects, meetings on relevant topics, and fragrance house presentations.
- Support evaluation of fragrance submissions, requesting samples from fragrance houses, participate in and schedule ‘smell’ sessions.
- Guide internal Henkel departments on fragrance-related topics (R&D, Product Safety & Regulatory, Legal, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc).
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong olfactive acuity. Experience and strong familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Strong organization, time management, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively partner with cross functional and external counterparts.

The salary for this role is $70.000.00- $80.000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
