About this Position
In Consumer Adhesives, this position leads both Brand and Trade Marketing, shaping strategy, driving category growth and Brand Equity and ensuring strong market execution. The Marketing Manager combines strategic vision, commercial acumen and people leadership to deliver sustainable results.
What you´ll do
- Lead the end-to-end marketing agenda for Adhesives for Consumer & Craftsmen by managing both Brand and Trade Marketing teams
- Define and execute strategic direction across Brand and categories, fully aligned with business goals
- Drive brand building, portfolio, pricing and positioning strategies, alongside consumer communication and marketing investments
- Develop and implement trade marketing and channel activation plans, maximizing category growth and customer penetration
- Oversee global product launches and campaigns, adapting to local market insights
- Manage P&L optimization, ensuring balance between sustainable growth and profitability
- Inspire, coach and develop marketing teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence
What makes you a good fit
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering or a relevant field
- Around 15 years of experience in Brand, Category and Trade Marketing within FMCG
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities
- Strong strategic, analytical and business acumen (incl. P&L management)
