About this Position
What you´ll do
- Manage, coach and develop a team of supply planners for a respective asset group
- Ensure information interchange between demand planners and the supply planning team, responsibility for the supply performance of product group
- Enhance team knowledge of tools and best practices as well as of standard process in Henkel
- Manage team performance, attendance and discipline as appropriate in line with procedures and takes appropriate action when necessary
- Effective Stakeholder Management ensuring business KPI’s are met
- The Supply Planning Team Lead has the responsibility to secure proper new product introduction management for her/his respective portfolio
What makes you a good fit
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (in engineering/business management/economics)
- 3-5 years of proven Supply Planning experience
- 3-5 years of balanced people management experience
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain
- Outstanding communication & stakeholder management on different levels
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Structured, proactive personality with determined, team player attitude
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel, advanced SAP system experience is highly desired (SAP APO)
- Fluent English skills
- German language knowledge is an advantage
