What you´ll do

  • Influencer Strategy & Execution: Work with Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships to develop and execute influencer marketing strategy, from identifying and building relationships with potential influencers and brand ambassadors to coordinating and executing influencer campaigns.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for Digital Artist relationships. Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships to support brand growth and campaign success.
  • Contract & Legal Coordination: Work with Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships to manage contract negotiations with influencers, ensuring all agreements meet campaign goals and legal requirements, while coordinating with internal legal partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure influencer activities are aligned with overall business objectives and brand messaging as well as managing involvement in trade media activations to propose influencers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement and optimization via Tribe Dynamics.
  • Budget Management: Ensuring the tracking of budget and managing invoicing system for influencer activations.
  • Guidelines & Best Practices: Establish influencer guidelines and best practices to ensure consistent brand representation and high-quality content across influencer collaborations ensuring that FTC guidelines are adhered to.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in influencer marketing, with a strong background in building relationships and executing large-scale influencer campaigns.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and coordinating with legal teams.
  • Creative mindset, with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and guide influencers on producing high-quality, engaging content.
  • Knowledge of the beauty and haircare industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience in professional hair industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve campaign effectiveness.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
