What you’ll do
- Gain hands-on experience leading real-world marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels
- Work alongside and learn from a collaborative, creative team as you bring campaigns from concept to execution
- Assist in the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns, including concepting, competitive research, and performance tracking
- Support content creation for social media, email, and paid media
- Contribute to copywriting, image sourcing, and video editing
- Help plan and coordinate brand photoshoots, including creating shot lists, mood boards, prepping products, and on-set logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital, Product) to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints
- Conduct trend research on beauty, culture, and digital marketing, and present insights to inform campaign strategy
- Contribute to social media assets, storytelling concepts, and campaign visuals that come to life across multiple platforms
What makes you a good fit
- An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or master’s/graduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts or Photoshoot Production
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and a strong understanding of current digital trends
- Previous experience assisting with photoshoots, creative projects, or marketing campaigns through coursework, internships, or student organizations
- Strong writing skills with the ability to draft compelling copy for digital and social channels
- Detail-oriented and organized

- This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.
- Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $27/hour. This is the rate that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
