About this position
What you´ll do
- Act as a project management platform/methodology champion and first point of contact for project team support and guidance
- Facilitate and drive project management processes (e.g. risks and escalated issues calls, change requests, etc.)
- Continusoly reports project status and actively adds / updates issues, risks and tasks based on knowledge of project progress / status
- Perform project health assessments and raises concerns to project manager and/or escalate to sponsor/PMO as required
- Support with the development of project business case, charter and A4 and ensure appropriate sign-offs
- Facilitate End of Project Reviews (EPRs)
- Continuously improves delivery by sharing lessons learned from similar projects with the project manager and team
- Support with preparations for decision (body) meetings such as steering committee
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Science, Business Administration or related fields, MBA preferable
- 5 years of business experience in the field of marketing, strategic consulting, business planning, financial analysis or strategy
- Outstanding analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables) and SAP, experience with financial tools advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and team work, as well as high social competencies
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, ability to independently build professional presentations, including the development and design of the message, based on a communicated story line
- Fluent English language skills, German is advantageous
