About this Position



What you´ll do

  • Become a core creative force for Henkel’s internal innovation communication by crafting everything from cinematic videos and stylized training intros to event visuals and digital campaigns
  • Take end-to-end ownership of communication assets from concept and script to filming (often starring yourself), editing and post-production
  • Design graphics, posters, PowerPoint presentations, websites and internal social media content that truly captures attention and inspires engagement
  • Cover internal events through photo, video and storytelling, and shape their digital presence on our internal platforms
  • Bring fresh content ideas to the table and lead your own mini-projects with guidance from our team
  • Present your work confidently to internal stakeholders and contribute to shaping Henkel’s innovation culture with your creative flair

What makes you a good fit

  • Student in the field of media, communication, design, film, marketing or a related creative discipline, ideally with a scientific background or a structured mindset
  • Fluency in English is required; German skills are a plus
  • Hands-on experience in video production, including filming and editing with tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar software
  • Good eye for design and practical experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop and PowerPoint
  • Confident presence in front of the camera, with strong communication skills and an engaging, bold personality
  • Strong creative drive, a head full of ideas and a passion for exploring new ways to engage audiences through content
  • Content creation mindset with a clear understanding of storytelling, audience expectations and content impact
  • Independent work style with a high sense of ownership, combined with a collaborative spirit and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Availability as of September for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
