About this position

What you´ll do

  • Assist in identifying long-term innovation opportunities and “white spots” for category growth
  • Support the development of brand-agnostic concepts in collaboration with R&D and future technologies (formulas, packaging)
  • Help analyze consumer insights and market trends to ensure relevance across global regions
  • Contribute to early-stage innovation projects and help prepare handovers to regional teams
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and support project management tasks
  • Conduct desk research and help prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
  • Learn how to translate consumer needs into future product concepts

What makes you a good fit

  • Ideally enrolled in a master’s program in business, marketing, innovation or related field
  • First practical experience through internships, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability and consumer-centric thinking
  • Availability as of January 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
