About this Position

As a MarTech Customer Experience Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the deployment and optimization of various Martech projects within marketing, specifically focusing on platforms such as Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), and custom-built marketing platforms. This position is geared towards modernizing and streamlining marketing operations, enhancing digital asset and content management, and improving platform functionality across multiple strategic business units (SBUs) worldwide. Throughout the internship, you will assist with platform deployment, support onboarding processes, issue troubleshooting, administration and contribute to documentation and process standardization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in digital transformation, platform integration, and marketing technologies within an international business setting. 

What you´ll do

  • Assist in evaluating the current state of DAM, DAM-PIM interface and custom platforms across SBUs, identifying gaps, and gathering insights into existing content management practices and marketing platform needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements for marketing platforms and assess each SBU's digital maturity level
  • Contribute to the setup, configuration and deployment of DAM, DAM-PIM interface and custom marketing platforms, ensuring they are aligned with each SBU’s needs
  • Monitor and analyze platform usage and performance, providing recommendations for enhancements and optimizations
  • Support in mapping and documenting processes related to digital asset management, product information workflows and platform integrations
  • Assist in creating a playbook for platform use and best practices, offering guidance on workflows, features and standard operating procedures
  • Assist in onboarding SBUs onto the new platforms, guiding them through the transition and providing resources for seamless adoption
  • Collaborate in developing training materials, presentations and resources to facilitate change management and ensure user readiness

What makes you a good fit

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as DAM, PIM, or other content and asset management systems, is advantageous as well as with process mapping, documentation or creating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Comfortable learning and using new technologies, with a willingness to explore platform functionalities and technical integrations
  • Ability to identify platform-related challenges and propose actionable solutions
  • Interest in digital transformation projects and an understanding of content and asset management
  • Experience or interest in working within an international business environment, understanding different cultural contexts

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
