Estamos buscando un/a Assistant Brand Manager para la categoría de Styling en México, que se sume al equipo de marketing para liderar proyectos clave de innovación, ejecución comercial y estrategia digital. Esta posición requiere una combinación de pensamiento estratégico, visión comercial y habilidades analíticas, con enfoque en resultados y colaboración multiáreas.
Lo que hará
- Gestionar proyectos de innovación utilizando análisis continuo de datos de marketing, ventas y mercado.
- Apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas mediante herramientas como Nielsen y Kantar.
- Participar en iniciativas con enfoque financiero y visión comercial integral.
- Ejecutar estrategias de Trade Marketing y activaciones en punto de venta.
- Desarrollar la estrategia digital de la marca, incluyendo el manejo de influencers y redes sociales.
- Coordinar eficientemente con agencias creativas, medios y proveedores externos.
Lo que lo hace un buen candidato
- Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración o carreras afines.
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
- Mínimo un año de experiencia en marketing.
- Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office.
- Conocimiento en herramientas como Nielsen, Kantar y SAP.
- Pensamiento estratégico y creativo.
- Comunicación clara e influencia.
- Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios.
