About this position

What you´ll do

  • Ensure consistency across regional planning activities, aligned with best practices defined by the Planning Center of Excellence (COE). 
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
  • Conduct gap analyses and implement action plans to enhance efficiency, service levels, and planning outcomes. 
  • Organize regular review sessions with regional teams, encouraging critical thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Roll out standardized scorecards for operational and performance metrics to ensure alignment and transparency. 
  • Provide regular updates to the Planning Director on key milestones, risks, and achievements. Ensure visibility and recognition of team efforts.
  • Develop governance frameworks to simplify, standardize, and optimize planning parameters for system-driven planning.
  • Coordinate onboarding, refresher, and advanced training sessions. Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the planning community.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in global supply chain planning processes (FG-materials planning, production scheduling) 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Computer science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with International supply chain and interactions with Planning COE 
  • Proven experience in gap analysis, cross-functional workshops, and driving process improvements.
  • Knowledge in supply chain KPIs and experience in performance metrics and scorecards development
  • Co-Lead in change management, including training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer
  • Exposure to ERP or advanced planning systems (e.g.SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, JDA)
  • Hands-on experience with planning parameter governance and system configuration.
