What you´ll do
- Conducting trademark searches and monitoring of applications in various databases (researching trademarks, identifying potential conflicts with competitors’ prior rights, and monitoring third-party trademarks that could infringe Henkel’s rights).
- Assisting in the filing of new trademark applications and renewals in collaboration with trademark attorneys and external law firms.
- Maintaining and updating trademark data in internal systems.
- Processing invoices and performing financial control for trademark-related legal services.
- Collaborating with the Trademark Team in Düsseldorf to ensure accuracy and compliance with Henkel’s global trademark strategy.
- Supporting domain management activities, including checking and updating domain data in the internal database.
What makes you a good fit
- Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
- Master’s degree in law or in a related field with a focus on Intellectual Property or prior experience in trademark administration preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented working approach.
- Good digital skills and confident use in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communicative, flexible, and proactive personality with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Minimum salary: 1460 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
