About this position

What you´ll do

  • Gather and prioritize user requirements from various stakeholders including Safety, Quality, Lean Manufacturing, and the Innovation department.
  • Create and manage business cases, including budgeting for development, maintenance, and run costs.
  • Identify opportunities for process digitalization and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of digital solutions.
  • Develop and execute detailed implementation plans to ensure smooth product roll-out across sites.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct sessions to support end users in adopting the new digital tools.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and adoption.
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize existing applications.

What makes you a good fit

  • 2–3 years of experience in Digital Product Ownership, Process Ownership, or Digital/Implementation Project Management (non-developer role).
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain efficiency and factory operations.
  • Experience in Agile environments, leading or coordinating software development and requirement gathering.
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud architecture, MS Azure, MS DevOps, and SQL.
  • Proven experience collaborating across multiple Supply Chain functions and global teams in different time zones.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, energetic, and self-driven mindset.
  • Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
