What you´ll do
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue potential customers in automotive electronics, and other fabless design companies, promoting advanced packaging solutions
- Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer product and technical requirements, coordinating with internal technical teams (e.g. PD, AE) for feasibility assessments and solution design.
- Technical & Business Integration: Collaborate with customers’ R&D and product teams to align technical strengths with market pain points, creating differentiated value propositions and solution proposals.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor semiconductor packaging trends, automotive electronics demands, competitors’ strategies, and material cost movements to provide strategic market insights.
- Partnership Building: Develop strategic alliances or cooperation opportunities with foundries, module designers, material suppliers, and automotive integrators.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain CRM systems, track pipeline progress, and provide monthly/quarterly/annual performance and forecast reports.
What makes you a good fit
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Background in semiconductor packaging or automotive electronics is a plus.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in chemical or packaging materials sales, with exposure to semiconductor packaging or fabless business preferred.
- Skills:
• Strong technical communication skills, able to facilitate technical discussions and business negotiations.
• Excellent project management, proposal writing, and customer relationship management capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, and pipeline management processes.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; experience with international customers is an advantage.
