What you´ll do
- Support in evaluating and shaping new business opportunities -from early-stage ideas to scaling- spanning (digital) services, innovative business models and adjacent solutions
- Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and provide insights for ongoing initiatives
- Contribute to the coordination of cross-unit initiatives, fostering collaboration by aligning joint objectives, synergies, and shared learnings
- Help create transparency regarding the overall program portfolio and its performance across units, supporting reporting, analysis, and communication
- Prepare and support meetings, workshops, and presentations with diverse stakeholders, including senior management
What makes you a good fit
- Enrollment in a relevant program (business, engineering, innovation, or similar) with a strong academic track record
- First experience in business development, innovation or strategy
- Excellent communication skills in English language, German language skills are a plus
- Strong analytical and research skills, with interest in business model innovation, digital services and sustainability-driven solutions
- Ability to connect business and technology, with curiosity to explore emerging trends
- Structured and reliable working style, with the ability to take ownership of defined tasks and work independently
- Team player with a proactive mindset, eager to collaborate across functions and contribute ideas
- Availability for a 4-6-month internship in Düsseldorf as of January 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
