About this Position
What you´ll do
- Support the creation of impactful digital upskilling experiences by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal teams, transforming insights into engaging concepts for diverse audiences
- Refine learning content by improving scripts, speaking notes and messaging to ensure clarity, relevance, and alignment with learner needs
- Foster stakeholder alignment by facilitating clear communication and shared understanding throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute creative ideas to promotional strategies that enhance program visibility and learner engagement
- Take ownership of key project components, gaining hands-on experience in stakeholder engagement, content development and digital learning innovation
What makes you a good fit
- Student who has successfully passed first semesters the field of communication, marketing, digital media, education, engineering or a related discipline
- Fluent in English language, German is an advantage
- Affinity for digital tools and innovation
- Strong interest in customer-facing and stakeholder-oriented work

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
