About this position

Would you like to shape internal communications that provide guidance, build trust, and get to the heart of strategic issues? Then you've come to the right place. As part of the Internal Communications team, you will work at the interface between C-level, corporate communications, and specialist departments. You will support the development and implementation of global communications initiatives, accompany change and transformation topics, and prepare the best stories for various formats and channels - from articles, videos, and briefing documents to core messages, Q&As, and internal events.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement strategies and concepts for internal communications in collaboration with Corporate Communications colleagues worldwide
  • Advise and support different management levels, e.g. with internal postings, speeches, events and presentations, briefings, and Q&As
  • Create content for our internal communication channels (e.g. articles, interviews, videos, posts)
  • Plan and execute internal communication formats and events (such as townhalls, panel discussions, roundtables)
  • Work closely with all colleagues from Corporate Communications, as well as contacts from business units, functions, or projects
  • Support internal communication that provides orientation, builds trust, and conveys strategic topics clearly
  • Shape, formulate, and connect complex topics with clear messaging

What makes you a good fit

  • Completed degree, ideally with a focus on communications, media, or business
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a corporate communications department or at an agency
  • Initial experience in developing communication concepts and advising stakeholders
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working, combined with strong organizational skills, team spirit, and a keen sense for tone and timing
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
