About this Position

The Head of Key Account Management Switzerland is responsible for leading key customer relationships in the retail and e-Commerce sectors, with a focus on strategic planning, negotiation, and business development. The role includes direct management of Otto’s and oversight of a team handling major Swiss accounts in discount, drug and e-commerce.  The role directly reports to the Head of Sales for Switzerland.

What you´ll do

  • Lead and coach a team of 3 Key Account Managers and 1 Sales Assistant
  • Directly manage strategic customers, including annual negotiations and business planning
  • Ensure strong customer relationships and business growth across discount-, drugstore-, department store and e-commerce-channels through team leadership and strategic guidance
  • Negotiate and approve trade terms, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
  • Monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy, and budget compliance across all accounts
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
