What you´ll do

  • Work on our iconic brand Schwarzkopf Professional with focus on colouration while also supporting the marketing team in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Liaise with our external agencies (PR, digital, design) to support with product launches and brand activation.
  • Work closely with our digital marketing team and external agencies to plan and execute local content creation and ensure the brands are at the forefront of digital opportunities (social media, e-commerce, brand website).
  • Assist in the product artwork and POS material approval process.
  • Raise relevant invoices, plan budget spends in line with budget guidance, and monitor spend.
  • Support with the organisation of internal & external events.
  • Help analyse market trends and track competitor activity (e.g. marketing activities / social media) within the professional channel.
  • Work closely with all internal departments, e.g. Sales, Education, Business Steering, Controlling, Supply Chain & Customer Service.
  • This one-year programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills and expertise across a wide range of Marketing skills – brand management; digital marketing, social media & community management; local implementation of global product launches; commercial awareness.

What makes you a good fit

  • You should graduate (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage.
  • Passion for the beauty industry, passionate about hair!
  • Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative.
  • Strong IT skills (especially PowerPoint & Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills & good attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
  • Proactive, passionate, team-player.
