About this Position

Technical Field Sales es responsable de mantener y desarrollar la relación comercial y técnica con clientes potenciales, distribuidores y socios estratégicos del segmento Automotriz y Retail VRM, asegurando la promoción efectiva del portafolio de productos de la compañía mediante capacitaciones, demostraciones técnicas y actividades de impulso comercial.
Asimismo, será responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales que contribuyan al cumplimiento de los objetivos mensuales y anuales de KPIs, GP1, EBIT y NES Growth de la SBU VRM, alineadas con la estrategia corporativa y de mercado.

What you´ll do

  • Mantener y fortalecer la relación comercial y técnica con clientes actuales y potenciales del segmento Automotriz y Retail VRM.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales que impulsen el crecimiento de ventas, rentabilidad (GP1), y márgenes operativos (EBIT) del negocio.
  • Implementar planes de desarrollo para el canal de distribución y clientes clave, asegurando cobertura, disponibilidad y posicionamiento de productos.
  • Realizar presentaciones técnicas, capacitaciones y demostraciones de productos a clientes, distribuidores y equipos de ventas.
  • Apoyar al canal de distribución en actividades de impulso, promociones y lanzamientos de nuevos productos.
  • Analizar el mercado, competencia, precios y tendencias del segmento automotriz para identificar oportunidades de negocio.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos mensuales y anuales de ventas, KPIs y crecimiento (NES Growth).
  • Monitorear la satisfacción del cliente y brindar soporte técnico-comercial postventa.
  • Colaborar con el área de Marketing, Trade y Producto para alinear estrategias comerciales y técnicas.
  • Reportar resultados, avances y desviaciones en los indicadores de gestión de ventas y rentabilidad.

What makes you a good fit

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Automotriz, Química o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 3 años en posiciones de ventas técnicas o desarrollo comercial en el sector automotriz o retail industrial.
  • Experiencia en gestión de distribuidores y canales comerciales.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en productos lubricantes, químicos automotrices, refacciones o productos VRM.
  • Experiencia comercial en ventas B2B y B2C. Manejo de canal de distribución Capacidad analítica y resiliencia.
