About this Position

  • The Regional PMO Manager plays a critical role in driving excellence in (project) execution.
  • The position holder will lead cross-functional projects, particularly around market entry and post-merger integration initiatives. Within scope is also event management, organizing leadership summits on regional level.
  • The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, in scope, and with measurable impact. Beyond execution, the candidate will provide executive support through high-quality presentations and discussion materials.
  • This position reports to the Head of Strategy & Commercial Development, Asia, and will closely collaborate with global, regional, and local leadership teams. 

What you´ll do

  • Cross-functional Project Management:
    • Drive execution excellence for regional initiatives by applying structured PM methodologies.
    • Ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery by creating project plans, identifying dependencies, leading teams, tracking progress, and proactively managing risks.
    • Steer and facilitate regional cross-functional meetings at every level (workstream, project team, and steering committee), ensuring alignment, decision follow-up, and timely execution.
    • Promote project team cohesion and a result-driven work culture. Champion accountability in program execution across workstreams.
  • Post-M&A Integration:
    • Lead and coordinate post-merger integration projects, ensuring business processes, systems, and organizations are aligned to deliver synergy targets.
    • Act as central liaison between regional leadership, local markets, and global integration teams.
  • Event Management:
    • Plan and execute large-scale leadership events, workshops, and regional conferences, ensuring strong content design, seamless logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Executive Support:
    • Support regional leadership with high-quality presentations and analytical papers, deployed in decision-making meetings and global board interactions.

What makes you a good fit

  • Solid data analysis, reporting consolidation, presentation skills, coordination and facilitation capabilities.
  • Multiple cultural working experience with strong communication to local BU teams and regional/global functional teams.
  • Passionate and good influencing power to drive changes/ internal initiatives.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields preferred.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in project management, PMO, or business transformation, ideally in top-tier consulting firms plus multinational companies.
  • Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
