What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant industrial sectors in the UAE.
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert business opportunities into sustainable revenue.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical solutions in clear, customer-friendly terms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to spot and pursue growth opportunities.
- Solid understanding of adhesive technologies and industrial chemistry, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Experience in commercial strategy, including pricing, contract negotiation, and CRM-based reporting and governance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage, with strong cross-cultural communication skills relevant to the UAE market.
