About this Position

As a Production Operator at Henkel, you will support the safe, reliable, and efficient running of our manufacturing operations. You will play an important role in maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and productivity while contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team, with opportunities to build What makes you a good fit across different operational areas. 

What you´ll do

  • Work in full compliance with all EHS and site safety requirements
  • Actively participate in Henkel’s Safety Programme, including near-miss and hazard reporting
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment inside and outside the plant
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Support plant activities across production, projects, and continuous improvement
  • Operate FLT equipment safely and competently
  • Work closely with internal teams and contractors to support daily operations
  • Be prepared to train across all production areas and participate in on-site training programmes

What makes you a good fit

  • Experience in a chemical or COMAH-regulated manufacturing plant

  • Good numeracy and IT skills, including Windows-based systems

  • Understanding of chemical processing operations

  • Experience working as an operator in a manufacturing environment

  • Valid FLT licence and documented operating experience

  • Consistent and reliable timekeeping

  • Ability to follow written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures

  • A proactive, safety-first mindset

  • Ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team

  • Full driving licence for training or business travel

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to support others
