About this Position

  • Conduct daily supply chain process related operation with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support business with continuous improvement and value-added & sustainable solutions.

What you´ll do

  • Execute and support process migrations and delivery based on the global process frames, guidelines and SLA.
    - Ensure TMS implementation with full attendance and support in OTM UAT, end user training, establish process flow and documentation.
    - Execute daily TMS planning operation in OTM shipment, ensure EDI transmission successfully between OTM & SAP, report incident once any error in planning and raise ticket for technical support.
    - Timely follow up with rate maintenance support from purchase team.
    - Closely work with transport coordinators for urgent and accurate planning result.
    - Closely work with carriers, logistics and purchase team for operation and rate clarification, verify disputes in OTM.
    - Ensure accuracy of the billing verification by legal entities in line with company's regular report to controlling before deadline.
    - Ensure accuracy of monthly accrual, timely execute shipment cost verification, vendor payment filling validation, EDI operation and uploading for PTP process.
    - Ensure GI/GR posting accuracy and timeliness in SAP, inventory adjustment according to stock tally report.
    - Perform physical consignment stocktaking per year.
  • Lead continuous improvement of the processes, process optimization and cost efficiency (preparation of analyses) & other coordination tasks or project.
  • Engaged in GBS+ promotion events, activities and projects, well complete other tasks and coordination assigned by manager.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor or above, Supply Chain Management/Logistics Management major is preferred.
  • Have 1 year working experience in logistics or supply chain area.
  • Be logic and critical in thinking, proactive to take lead in execution.
  • Sensitive to financial figures, Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication.
  • Be proficient and frequent in English oral and written.
  • Excellent in digital application, data analysis & visualization (PBI/Python/VBA etc.,) is preferred.
