At Henkel, we believe that our culture of diversity, equity and inclusion should be fostered everywhere. To assess the current gender gap in Italian families, Henkel Italy conducted a survey investigating people’s behavior in the repartition of housekeeping chores. On December 1 at 3 pm, the event “Family Gap: questioni domestiche, questione di genere?” (Family Gap: is housekeeping a matter of gender?) takes place as a part of 4 Weeks 4 Inclusion, uniting more than 300 companies and associations to promote the values of inclusiveness. 👉🏼 Host Mara Panajia, President of Henkel Italy, Michela Murgia, Aurora Sophie Ramazzotti, Papà per Scelta, Claudia de Lillo and moderator Paride Vitale will present the survey results and reflect on the question if and how housework is still a matter of gender. Bringing #sustainability and social equality to life. 🛠️🏠 This year, 20 Henkel employees from various European countries traveled to Romania to build houses for families as part of a #CorporateVolunteering project in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity International.
