Are you ready for our Digital Talent Program?
How does it work?
The Digital Talent Program is an 18-month training program for young professionals who want to deep dive into digital expertise and become a driving force for transformation.
Our program offers three individual expert tribes, each based on the strategic core areas of our digital transformation: Leverage Industry 4.0, drive digital business and enable future tech & AI. Choose your expert tribe based on your personal expertise, interests and professional experience. Within your expert tribe you will then rotate through different responsibilities, projects, teams and subsidiaries.
With a permanent employment contract, you will enjoy full responsibility from day one. This is the perfect ground to focus on your path to become a digital pioneer. Each journey is unique. Based on your expert tribe and job you will rotate up to four or five times between three and six months. The program will start in May 2020. The application period for the Digital Talent Program 2020 has ended.

Henkel has closed the sale of two brands, Right Guard and Dry Idea, to Thriving Brands LLC, effective June 1, 2021. Both brands are mainly focused on the North American and UK markets. The transaction is another milestone in the company’s ambition to actively shape its portfolio, an important pillar of its Purposeful Growth agenda. Henkel on food contact packaging: Sustainability and food safety are two sides of the same coin
The importance of food safety in packaging remains paramount for consumers. At the same time, the sustainability of packaging is becoming ever more relevant as a factor in the purchasing decision. Legislators are increasingly acting on these demands, introducing relevant regulation. A few examples: starting January 2022, France is likely to ban the usage of mineral oils in packaging all together, in its ‘Loi relative à la lute contre le gaspillage et pour une économie circulaire’ (AGEC). Meanwhile, Germany is working on new stricter threshold guideline for mineral oil when it comes to the reuse of recycling paper for food contact applications.
