About this Position

As an Assistant in the Marketing Department at Henkel Ukraine, you will support brand teams and marketing operations, contributing to the execution of marketing initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes.

What you´ll do

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department, including document workflow management and business trip closure.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and maintain marketing reports (market dynamics, market share, and brand sales analytics).
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Support Brand Teams in project planning and implementation activities.
  • Manage marketing and sales samples ordering and tracking.
  • Maintain and regularly update recommended price files.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings of the Marketing Department.
  • Format documents, design templates, and support presentation creation.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks in line with department needs and internal standards.

  • Fluent English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Higher education in Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Confident user of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team-oriented, sociable, and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally in an international environment.
