What you´ll do
- Act as Scrum Master supporting agile ways of working and day-to-day collaboration
- Run Scrum ceremonies, manage the backlog, and support sprint execution in Azure DevOps
- Facilitate planning, prioritization, and dependency handling across teams to keep feature development and operations on track
- Champion product thinking and outcome-oriented ways of working across teams, helping teams focus on business value, customer outcomes, and clear priorities
- Ensure transparency on progress, open topics, and next steps, and help drive decisions where needed
- Help build and maintain the department’s agile operating model, including ways of working, progress visibility, and clear ownership of goals and actions
- Foster a collaborative and focused team environment, encouraging continuous improvement
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3–5 years in a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role, especially in a Product Operating environment
- Proven experience supporting delivery in complex environments, with a focus on improving predictability, prioritization, or stakeholder satisfaction
- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum (ceremonies, backlog management, sprint execution) and team facilitation
- Ability to coordinate planning, priorities, and dependencies across teams while balancing business needs and delivery constraints
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders in international, hybrid or remote environments, ensuring alignment and clear decision-making
- Ability to establish ways of working, coach teams and stakeholders, and support changes in how teams collaborate
- Strong communication skills, confident in facilitating workshops, resolving impediments, and driving follow-ups
Experience using delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, predictability, lead time, OKRs) to drive continuous improvement at team or program level - Certifications as PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master (or equivalent) are strongly preferred

Salary: €2,500 – €3,500 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
