About this Position

As a Logistics, Planning & Operations Specialist (Inventory & Planning Support), you will play a key role in enabling smooth and effective supply chain planning operations through data, process excellence, and continuous improvement. By ensuring the availability of reliable insights, supporting critical planning activities, and driving operational efficiency, you will help stakeholders make informed decisions that contribute to business performance and service excellence.
Working within a collaborative global operations environment, you will partner with planning teams, business stakeholders, and process experts to strengthen and optimize the way work gets done. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking, process governance, and automation to create meaningful improvements across planning operations. Success in this position means delivering accurate and actionable support, identifying opportunities to simplify and enhance processes, and helping build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. 

What you´ll do

  • Prepare, validate, and distribute Material Planning operational and management reports using Power BI and Excel to support data-driven decision-making
  • Perform transactional support activities in SAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to SLAs
  • Develop, maintain, and update business process models using Signavio
  • Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process governance documentation in Himdoc
  • Design, develop, and enhance tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements aligned with business objectives
  • Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and end-user support for existing tools and applications
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, automation, and knowledge-sharing activities; Conduct monthly business reviews with stakeholders to evaluate performance, address issues, and identify improvement opportunities

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, or a shared services/GBS environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Knowledge of VBA, Power BI and SharePoint is an advantage
  • Familiarity with SAP MM (Materials Management) and experience with project coordination and technical troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support process efficiency, data analysis, and reporting activities
  • Strong customer focus with excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and time management skills; highly detail-oriented and collaborative; Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement exposure is an advantage
  • Amenable to working on a night shift schedule (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati; Willing to work during Philippine holidays as part of a skeletal workforce arrangement
