About this Position
Lead the Continuous Improvement strategy for the Americas Planning HUB by driving operational excellence, process standardization, automation, and digital transformation across Supply Planning processes.
Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, innovation, and collaboration across regional and global stakeholders.
What you´ll do
- Define and deploy the Continuous Improvement roadmap for the Americas Planning Hub
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and optimize planning processes
- Develop and track KPIs to measure operational excellence and process performance
- Support implementation of best practices and standardized ways of working across the region
- Lead change management activities to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and tools
- Coach and develop CI mindset and capabilities within Planning Hub teams
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on transformation priorities.
- Present project progress, risks and benefits to leadership teams
- Support strategic transformation initiatives impacting Supply Planning operations.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior that are consistent with the employee’s skills and competencies
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement
- Experience with Lean methodologies; Six Sigma is a plus.
- Strong process improvement, KPI optimization, and automation experience.
- Experience with Analytics and Power BI.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
- Experience in Supply Planning, Supply Reviews, S&OP, or supply network optimization
