Ready to turn your engineering knowledge into real-world experience? Join our Engineering & Maintenance team and gain hands-on exposure to plant operations, maintenance, engineering projects, and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment 

What you´ll do

  • Support preventive maintenance planning and maintenance activities using SAP.
  • Get hands-on exposure to engineering projects, from planning through execution and commissioning.
  • Support troubleshooting activities and help identify root causes of recurring equipment failures.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Support spare parts management and monitor critical inventory and stock levels.
  • Assist with calibration planning, records, certificates, and coordination.
  • Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and data analysis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Engineering & Maintenance.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in line with HSE and Life Saving Rules. 

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably within a relevant technical discipline.
  • Fresh graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience.
  • Interest in building a career within Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Industrial, Process, or Chemical environments.
  • Strong interest in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, engineering projects, and plant operations.
  • Comfortable working in both field-based and office-based environments.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving mindset with an interest in identifying root causes and continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with technical documentation, maintenance records, and calibration data.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
    Advanced level of English.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of or exposure to SAP is an advantage.
