About this Position
Lead the marketing strategy for ACM India, driving brand growth, customer engagement, demand generation, and business performance. Responsible for integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, channel activation, sales enablement, and marketing effectiveness, while leading and developing a high-performing marketing team. Partner with regional and global stakeholders to represent the Indian market and leverage customer, channel, and competitive insights to shape business priorities.
What you´ll do
- Develop and execute the India marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive annual marketing planning, performance tracking, KPI management, and ROI optimization.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns, brand positioning, digital marketing, demand generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development to strengthen customer activation, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Manage marketing budgets, governance, agency relationships, and vendor performance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering capability building and execution excellence.
- Represent the India market in regional and global forums, providing customer, channel, competitor, and market insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives, product launches, and successful market activation.

- Minimum Experience of 10 years into relevant marketing experience.
- Education: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory).
- Strategic marketing leader with a proven track record of driving business growth, demand generation, and marketing excellence.
- Strong expertise in integrated marketing, digital marketing, brand building, and customer engagement.
- Commercially minded professional with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to sales performance and revenue outcomes.
- Experience in B2B, industrial, technology, or solution-based industries preferred.

- Proven people leader with experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
