What you´ll do

Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a 24-month rotational program starting in August 2027 designed to develop future generations of business leaders in finance and business controlling. As a participant in the program, you will rotate through multiple business functions within the business. 

  • Lead and deliver projects as outlined in the project charters and plans
  • Drive the completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope
  • Measure, track and report on project performance and milestones
  • Proactively identifie and address areas for improvements as well as risks and countermeasures
  • Act as link between project team and project sponsor
  • Prepare and align the deliverables with both the project team and project sponsor
  • Provide timely and regular status updates to project sponsor and steering committee
  • Identify and bring to timely resolution project risks and issues, and escalates issues to the sponsor as needed
  • Set up and ensure execution of project communication plan
  • Lead the project team and effectively delegates tasks

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or other related business major
  • Experience from at least one previous financial based internship or other work experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a hands-on attitude
  • Demonstrated leadership potential with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong desire / drive to become a future leader in an organization
  • Passion, drive, and readiness to challenge status quo (should be in your DNA)
  • Forward-looking ability to anticipate industry trends and proactively adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve
  • Proficient in the latest technologies trends, with an understanding of how to leverage these tools to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization
  • Naturally inquisitive and eager to explore new ideas, with a proven track record of using creative thinking and analytical skills to identify and solve complex challenges
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Participation in this program requires valid U.S. work authorization. Henkel is unable to provide visa sponsorship, petitioning, or immigration support for this program

Mobility is ideal. You may be required to relocate for your rotations to different Henkel Corporate sites during your 24-month program. Your first rotational location will be announced prior to your start date. At the end of the program, based on performance, you may be offered your next exciting role in one of our business units where the knowledge and expertise learned through the program will propel your career forward.

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 and $73,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.  The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
