- 该岗位专注于生产设备的日常运行维护与技术支持，是生产现场设备稳定运行的基础保障角色。核心定位为设备技术员，需在设备工程师的指导下完成设备保养、故障处理、标准操作落地及基础数据管理工作，协助推动设备效能提升与技术改进，确保生产活动的连续性和安全性。
您的主要工作内容
- 安全合规与质量管理：
严格执行工厂安全及质量操作规范，保障生产活动符合法规与企业标准；主动配合安全、质量体系的内外部审计工作，确保合规性。 - 设备日常运维与基础管理:
巡检与保养：按计划执行设备日常点检、润滑、清洁及简单部件更换，及时上报异常状态；协助实施预防性维计划中的基础任务。
故障响应：快速响应设备突发故障，配合工程师完成紧急抢修，记录维修过程并反馈问题细节。
备件管理：根据库存标准提交备件采购需求，协助进行备件领用、退库及台账更新，确保常用备件充足。 - 操作规范执行与记录管理:
标准化作业：严格遵循SOP（标准作业程序）、WI（工作指导书）开展设备操作及维护，确保流程合规。
记录归档：完整填写设备运行日志、维修记录、点检表等文件，保证设备履历可追溯；定期整理归档至系统。 - 异常反馈与初步分析:
问题识别：发现设备异常后主动收集信息（如报警代码、现象描述），协助工程师进行根因分析（RCA）。
改善落地：执行工程师制定的改进措施（如参数调整、零件替换方案），跟踪效果并反馈结果。 - 系统工具应用:
数字化操作：熟练使用SAP系统查询备件库存及设备历史数据；掌握HPS/TPM系统中报修、工单处理等基础功能。
文档编制：协助工程师编写简易版操作手册、保养清单等文件，确保现场文件最新版目可视。 - 技术支持与协同工作:
一线支持：为操作工提供设备使用指导，解答基础技术疑问；参与新设备/改造设备的试运行及验收。
跨部门协作：与生产、质检等部门联动，及时通报设备状态变化对生产的影响，配合停机计划安排。 - 辅助性职责:
应急值班：根据排班参与夜间/节假日设备值班，及时处置突发情况。
临时任务：完成上级交办的其他事务（如设备标识更新、工具保管等），支持部门整体目标达成。
职位要求
- 学历专业：中专/大专及以上学历，机电一体化、机械制造、电气自动化等相关专业优先；
- 经验背景：2年以上生产制造型企业设备维护经验，熟悉日化/化妆品行业设备（如灌装机、乳化锅、贴标机等）者更佳；
- 技能证书：持有电工证、焊工证或其他设备维修相关资质者优先。
- 加分项：了解TPM（全面生产维护）理念，有现场改善提案经验。

The job offer is written in English – should I write my application in English as well?
Yes, please. As Henkel is an international company you will be working with colleagues from all over the world and English is our official company language. Generally, the ‘rule’ is: please write the application in the same language as the job ad.
