What you´ll do
- Drive growth by identifying, developing, and managing customer opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their technical and business needs.
- Recommend and promote Henkel's adhesive solutions to support customer applications and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with Application Engineering, Technical, and R&D teams to deliver successful customer solutions.
- Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
- Support product trials, qualification activities, and new business development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and business processes.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree or in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in technical sales, business development, sales engineering, key account management, application engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
