The Engineering Manager will lead and manage all functions and activities of the Plant Engineering team. This position will partner with key plant and corporate stakeholders to implement and drive best practices for safety, engineering, maintenance, process engineering, reliability, environmental, and technology.

What you´ll do

·Lead the creation of a 5-year capital plan aligning facility infrastructure needs with growth, innovation, and reconfiguration initiatives.

·Define technical project scopes, timelines, and budgets in coordination with plant engineering and stakeholders to meet business requirements.

·Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure project objectives align with stakeholder expectations and operational constraints.

·Develop resource and staffing plans to enable successful project execution and operational readiness.

·Support least-cost sourcing and regional supply strategies by analyzing fixed asset capacity, flexibility, and future needs, while contributing to long-term capability modeling.

What makes you a good fit

·Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering required; Master’s preferred, with 7–10 years of project management and leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain, ideally in Consumer Products.

·Proven ability to design equipment and processes for vertical start-up (VSU) and optimal performance.

·Skilled in writing equipment specifications with performance guarantees, including factory and site acceptance testing.

·Experienced in managing multiple complex capital projects simultaneously.

·Strong working knowledge of project management, capital planning, and engineering leadership, with familiarity in OSHA, NEC, NFPA, FM/Chubb, and EPA standards.

·Effective leader with strengths in coaching, decision-making, organization, and operational reliability.

The salary for this role starts at $140,000 and could increase dependent on experience. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
