About this Position

  • Driving sales and EBIT, accountable for achieving top line and bottom line of metal packaging Greater China key accounts.
  • Define and execute key account-specific strategy, identifies business opportunities, achieve business growth for agreed accounts and defined objectives.
  • Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and value chain stakeholders implements new customer acquisition plans, defines account-specific negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial excellence.
  • Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors.
  • Define SMART goals for growth and relationship elements for each key account to create a clear “from-to” vision.
  • Execute the plan and commercialize the sales opportunity funnel. Demonstrate a strong passion and capability to drive new growth in challenge business environment.
  • Manage, translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint roadmap and actions.
  • Lead the team to collaborate, coordinate with internal stakeholders (AE, MSM, PD etc.) & external stakeholders to identify, develop, manage and materialize opportunities.

What you´ll do

  • Drive to achieve the sales NES and profitability (EBIT) targets for the responsible region, through winning new businesses, and at the same time, maintaining our leading position in the key accounts.
  • Build and enhance strategic relationship with key accounts through value-added solution.
  • Lead the team to work together with Marketing, and PD, TS team to drive for the ADP (Adhesive Development Projects) into the market in the responsible region.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Metal Science, Materials Science, Polymer Science or Chemistry related is required (master degree or MBA preferred).
  • At least 8 years’ experience in sales, business development, key account management or marketing in relevant industries.
  • Familiar with metal packaging (aluminum, steel), metal or materials surface treatment, or relevant industries preferred.
  • Solid track record on technical sales, business development, key account management in relevant industries.
  • Strong leadership skills: drive result, customer focus, convinces and develop individual and teams.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, utilizing resources (ACE, CRM, P).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on leader, agile and open-minded.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill.
