您的主要工作内容

  • 设计并开展测试,支持销售团队为半导体客户提供技术解决方案。
  • 提供材料表征、工艺应用及可靠性测试的技术支持。
  • 解决并分析与材料或组件相关的技术问题。
  • 与研发、产品及市场团队协作,提供客户解决方案。
  • 用中英文准备并进行技术演示或报告。
  • 进行样品制备、分析操作(如SEM/EDS、FTIR、TGA等)及方法开发。
  • 记录测试流程并确保数据可追溯性。

职位要求

  • 材料科学、化学、化学工程或相关专业硕士学位。
  • 3-5年半导体、材料检测、组件可靠性或相关领域工作经验。
  • 较强的分析思维及材料表征技术的实际操作经验。
  • 良好的中英文沟通能力(书面及口语)。
  • 熟练使用Microsoft Office( Word、Excel、PowerPoint)。
  • 以客户为导向,积极主动,能适应快节奏工作环境。
  • 能够独立工作并管理多项技术任务。
