Diseñar, coordinar y optimizar las rutas de traslado y entrega de mercancías, asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos establecidos, la correcta asignación de transporte y la recuperación eficiente de evidencias de entrega. Actuar como enlace clave entre clientes, proveedores de transporte y áreas internas para garantizar un servicio logístico eficaz y alineado con los objetivos de la compañía.
Lo que hará
- Diseñar y gestionar rutas de entrega para clientes internos y externos.
- Asignar transporte para mercancía a facturar/embarcar.
- Coordinar entrada, salida y programación de unidades de transporte.
- Administrar bases de datos de clientes para asegurar entregas correctas.
- Agendar citas de entrega según disponibilidad.
- Gestionar incidencias con proveedores de transporte y servicio al cliente.
- Ejecutar procesos administrativos en recolecciones de embarques para exportación.
- Implementar estrategias de consolidación basadas en planes de surtido.
- Capturar y validar evidencias de entrega.
- Reportar y dar seguimiento a procesos de Revenue Recognition.
- Consolidar indicadores operativos de transporte.
- Atender solicitudes documentales para auditorías.
- Apoyar en el proceso de facturación de embarques.
- Autorizar costos relacionados con el traslado de mercancías.
- Autorizar cambios en tipo de embarque por baja cobertura de proveedor.
- Autorizar ingreso de unidades de transporte al centro de distribución.
Lo que lo hace un buen candidato
- Educación: Licenciatura en Logística, Comercio Internacional, Administración o afín.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en coordinación de tráfico, logística o transporte.
- Idioma: Inglés intermedio.
- Herramientas: SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Organización y planificación.
- Orientación a resultados.
- Resolución de problemas.
- Comunicación efectiva.
