About this Position

We’re seeking a proactive, commercially focused team player to support National Account Managers in executing strategic plans and achieving sales targets, through such tasks as account planning, forecasting, managing trade spend and promotions, and conducting data-driven category analysis. The role also includes supporting regional accounts, managing the Integrated Supply Planner (ISP) process with Woolworths, and contributing to category reviews, all while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. 

What you´ll do

  • Support National Account Managers in developing and executing collaborative business plans, including account strategy, KPI tracking, customer meetings, and product sell-in.
  • Manage trade spend and promotions, ensuring activities align with budgets and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Submit accurate sales forecasts with clear assumptions, supporting monthly demand reviews and driving forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Category Management and Customer Marketing teams to deliver actionable insights, planograms, and input into category reviews.
  • Manage regional customer accounts as directed and support execution of tailored customer initiatives.
  • Oversee the Integrated Supply Planner (ISP) process with Woolworths, including order placement and ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Act as a key communication link between internal teams, field reps, and customers, ensuring clear promotion execution and in-store activity alignment.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships while ensuring all activities comply with legal, ethical, and company standards.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum of 1+ years sales experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence strategies and build relationships.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Experience in account or field sales management preferred.
